The right to make reproductions, derivative works, and other rights to use certain materials owned by Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) may be granted on a case-by-case basis. Licenses granting the right to make reproductions of materials are provided for certain purposes in response to written requests and proposals submitted that describe the intended use in detail. Please also note that ARS, on behalf of MICA, may charge licensing fees to organizations or individuals for the use of reproductions of materials. Copyright licensing fees may be waived for scholarly publications if they meet criteria acceptable to ARS and MICA. If your publication is intended for scholarly purposes, please provide detailed supporting information in your application for a license to use the image(s).
